 You control the pace of service and the meal in the traditional
 Brazillian Rodizio manner with your token placed on the table.
 The green side of the token is for requesting meat. Displaying
 the red side indicates to the Gaucho (meat carver) that you
 currently have enough to eat or are finished with the meal. Fixed
 price system where guests can sample the entire menu that
 features unlimited servings of 15 different mouth-watering cuts
 of fire-roasted meats. A splendid buffet of gourmet salads, fresh
 cut vegetables, bread, cheese and an array of Brazilian side
